Celtic Surge

An afternoon of performances celebrating folk, roots and groove music from across Scotland, Wales and Ireland, including premieres of brand new music commissioned especially for the event.

Celtic Surge took place in October 2022 at the Jennifer Blackwell Performance Space in Symphony Hall, Birmingham and included music from Scottish folk group Eabhal, Welsh jazz & folk fusion from Burum as well as high-energy Irish folk from Surge Orchestra.
